1.Bank of Maharashtra bags best bank award.
 
     Bank of Maharashtra bags a total of five  awards in BFSI awards initiated by world HRD congress in recognition to it's performance in the last financial year.

    b. Bank with most admired service
    c. Best customer orientation
    d. Best technology Award
    e. Corporate communication Award

2.Sharp rise in cyber crimes in India.

    India recorded a sharp rise in cyber crimes registered under IT act in 2013.Total crimes rose up to 52 pc compared to the last  year.Maharashtra (681), Andhra Pradesh(635), Karnataka (535),Kerala(349) are the states which tops the list.



3. Nodal Officer appointed for the FIFA under 17 World Cup 2017.

    State government of kerala appointed senior IAS officer APM Mohammed Hanish as nodal Officer for matches likely  to be held in Kochi as a part of FiFA World Cup scheduled to be held during 2017.

4. Sandeep Jajodia All Set to become the President of Boxing India federation.


5. Jitu Rai Ranked No; 1 in Air Pistol shooting.

    Indian shooter Jitu Rai became world no: 1 in air pistol shooting after bagging three medals in the ISSF World cup in Munich.



6. IBA suggested RBI to charge customers on ATM usage.

   Indian Banks Association suggested RBI to rationalize ATM charges in Villages and Urban Areas,if accepted customers have to pay a fee from  the very first transaction after the first five free transaction.




7. Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy Charged with corruption and influence peddling.

    Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy was charged with corruption and influence peddling,the decision came after questioning Sarkozy for 15 hours with a suspected attempt to illegally influence judicial proceedings-in one of the corruption charges against him.
