Airbus launched its new subsidiary Airbus India as a part of expanding its business operations,the new subsidiary will manage all Airbus activities in India.
2. U & Me Against Dengue , a national level campaign to eradicate dengue fever launched on 11th March as a joint initiative by Mortien(mosquito control product),All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Indian Medical Association (IMA) and NDMC.

4. Plastic Photo Identity Card to be issued in Nagaland and Assam.
Election Commission of India decided to replace the laminated paper photo ID cards with new plastic photo identity cards in the states of Nagaland and Assam. The new move is expected to reduce duplication and forgery.

President of India Sri Pranab Kumar Mukherjee distributed the standard and colours award which is the highest honour bestowed on Air Force unit or squadron for their exceptional service.

President's Colour : 4 Base Repair Depot
6. Mercedes started local assembly of S Class.
Local Assembly of Mercedes S class started at Chakan,Near Pune. This will help to slash price of individual units.
7. World Kidney Day Observed
World Kidney Day Observed across the world on 13th March 2014 with the theme Chronic kidney disease and aging. Kidney day is being observed on second Thursday of march every year.
